Each Rafa Dominique piece is designed with intention and crafted with care. If your selection doesn't feel quite right, we're here to help. We accept exchanges and store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not offer cash refunds.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
Returns Process
To begin an exchange or store credit request, contact us through our Contact page or at concierge@rafadominique.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Our team will respond with next steps. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size or style is unavailable at the time of your exchange, store credit of equal value will be issued, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We will confirm availability before proceeding.
All sale items are final. No exchanges or store credit will be issued on discounted purchases.
