Shipping policy

Shipments are handled by LBC and DHL Express. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

DOMESTIC — Philippines

• Flat rate of ₱200
• Complimentary shipping on orders above ₱10,000
• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri)

INTERNATIONAL

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days (Mon–Fri)

For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

1. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
